Veterinary PIMS Data Integration
One view across every clinic, without moving anyone to a new system
Groups that grow by acquisition usually inherit whatever PIMS each clinic already ran. Moving every location to one system is expensive and disruptive, and it can take years. You still need group reporting in the meantime. We connect the systems you have, translate each one into the same definitions, and give leadership one view of the whole group.
This page is for you if any of this sounds familiar
Your clinics run three or more different PIMS.
Each new acquisition adds another system to reconcile.
Group reporting means exporting from every system and stitching it together by hand.
A PIMS migration is on the roadmap, and you need reporting before it's finished.
How We Help
You don't need to migrate to get group reporting
A single PIMS has real benefits, and some groups should get there. It's a separate decision from reporting. We pull data from each system as it stands today, so you can see the group now and plan any migration on its own merits.
Every system gets translated into the same language
Each PIMS stores clients, patients, invoices, and services its own way. We map those into one model, so an active client or a dental means the same thing at every clinic. Service and product codes are matched across systems. That's usually the slowest part of the work and the one that matters most for accurate revenue.
New acquisitions plug in instead of starting over
Once the model exists, adding a clinic means mapping one more system, not rebuilding the reporting. Integration becomes a step on your acquisition checklist rather than a new project each time.

Questions answered
Which PIMS do you work with?
Cornerstone, AVImark, ezyVet, Pulse, Provet, Instinct, ImproMed, and others. What matters is how data can come out of the system, whether through an API, a database connection, or scheduled exports. We confirm the options for your systems in the first conversation.
Should we move every clinic to one PIMS?
Maybe, but not for reporting alone. A migration changes every workflow in the clinic. Make that decision on clinical and operational grounds, and use integrated reporting to see the group while you decide.
How do you handle client and patient data?
We use only the data the work needs, keep access limited to named people, and document where data is stored and who can see it. Nothing is resold or locked into a platform you can't leave.
What happens when we acquire another clinic?
We map its system to the existing model and add it to reporting. Each addition is a smaller piece of work because the definitions are already agreed.
