Privacy Policy

Clarivon Consulting ("Clarivon", "we", "us") operates www.clarivon.consulting and www.clarivon.health. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions can be sent to hello@clarivon.consulting.

We collect information you choose to share with us through the site:

• Contact and inquiry forms. Your name, email address, organization, and the message you write. We use this to respond to you and to understand whether and how we can help.
• Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, so we can send you the content you asked for. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Booking a call. When you schedule a strategy call, the scheduling form collects your name, email, and any notes you add so we can prepare for the conversation.

Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other sensitive personal data through these forms. Our website is not designed to receive it. Client work that involves PHI is governed by a Business Associate Agreement, not by this website.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and roughly where visitors are located. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, and referring site. IP addresses are truncated by Google before storage. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.

• To reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, discuss working together.
• To send you the newsletter or content you subscribed to.
• To schedule and prepare for calls you book with us.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To protect the site and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our communications, and only for the purposes above:

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Supabase stores form and newsletter submissions.
• Resend delivers inquiry notifications to our team by email.
• Google Analytics provides site usage analytics.
• Zcal handles call scheduling when you book a strategy call.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only as needed to deliver its service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We keep inquiry and booking details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the relationship and any period required for records. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months.

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are stored with access limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your data. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

Our site and services are for organizations and their staff, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The site links to third-party websites, including podcast platforms and partner sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
