Website Design for Therapists and Private Practices
A website designed to grow your practice.
Built around how you actually work, easy to update yourself, and designed to help the right patients find you.
No website builder. No monthly platform fee. Just type what you want changed.
Websites from $3,000.

Feels Like You
It starts with how you already talk about your work.
Before we design anything, we pull the phrases you use with clients and turn them into the brief. For Balance & Bloom, three of Hoda's lines set the direction.
- "Get to the root of the underlying issues"Roots
- "More confidence and clarity moving forward"Growth
- "What we can rely on is one another"Connection
You get a logo suite, a palette, type, and a short brand guide. If you work in more than one language, both sit in the brand as equals, not as a translation in the footer.

The Client's Experience
Written for the person deciding whether to reach out.
Someone looking for a therapist is often nervous and short on energy, and usually on their phone. The site answers their questions in the order they ask them.

01
Is this for me?
The first screen says who she helps and how, in English and Arabic, with a booking button right there.

02
Who is she?
Her story in her own voice, her credentials a tap away, and the languages she speaks.

03
How do I start?
Three plain steps, starting with a free 15-minute consultation, so the first move feels small.
Every screen ends with a next step.
- A booking button on every screen
- Tap to call from any phone
- “Accepting new clients” where people look for it
- Link previews that look right when the site is shared by text
Under the Hood
Built properly, so it keeps working for you.
The parts visitors never see decide whether they find you and whether the site works when they do.
- Found in search
- Clear page titles, descriptions, and structured data on every page, so search engines understand what you offer and where.
- Accessible
- Readable contrast, real headings, labeled links and buttons, and text that works with screen readers.
- Fast
- Static pages that load quickly on a weak phone signal, which is where a lot of people search.
- Multilingual
- Every language you work in, set properly in the type and layout, including right-to-left scripts like Arabic.
- Measured
- Analytics from launch day, so you can see how people find you and which pages lead to an inquiry.
- Secure
- HTTPS on every page, and an editor sign-in that locks after repeated failed attempts.
Case Study
Balance & Bloom went live in two days.
Hoda Ammar, LPC, MSEd, offers therapy in English and Arabic, in Philadelphia and over telehealth. She had no home online that sounded like her. We built her brand and her bilingual site, and she now keeps it current herself.
- 2 days
- from first logo sketch to launch
- 2 languages
- English and Arabic throughout
- 0 code
- needed for her to change anything
Rent or Own
Most practice websites are rented. Yours won't be.
Subscription platforms charge every month for as long as the site is live, and keep it if you leave. We build it once, hand it over, and it stays yours.
Subscription platform
- Ongoing cost
- A fee every month for as long as the site is live
- If you leave
- The site stays on the platform
- Design
- Picked from the platform's templates
- Keeping it current
- Log in to the platform's site builder
What we build
- Ongoing cost
- No platform subscription. You pay for your domain and hosting directly.
- If you leave
- The site, its code, and its version history stay with you
- Design
- Built from your words and your brand
- Keeping it current
- Ask for the change in plain English and publish it yourself
Updating It
And you can change it yourself, in plain English.
Type what you want, like "Change my session fee to $160." Check the draft on a live preview of your site, then click Publish. Every version is saved, and the editor can only touch words, links, and photos, so an edit can't break the page.

FAQ
Practice website questions, answered
How much does a therapist website cost?
Practice websites start at $3,000 for the website and the editor. A full brand, extra languages, or more pages add to that, and we'll give you a fixed quote before we start. There's no monthly subscription for the site or the editor. Your ongoing costs are your domain, your hosting, and AI usage in the editor, which has a hard spending cap.
How long does it take to build a private practice website?
Balance & Bloom went from first logo sketch to launch in two days. Your timeline depends on how much of your content is ready and how many rounds of feedback you want. We'll give you a date before we start.
Do you build bilingual websites?
Yes. Balance & Bloom works in English and Arabic, with Arabic built into the brand and the site rather than added as a translation. We can do the same for other languages your clients speak.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build in what search engines look for. That means fast static pages, mobile-first layouts, clear page titles and descriptions, structured data, and accessible markup. It gives you a sound starting point. Ranking for searches like "therapist near me" also depends on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and time, and we'll tell you which of those is worth your effort.
Does the website collect client health information?
We recommend it doesn't. Contact forms ask only for what you need to reply, and anything clinical belongs in your EHR or client portal. That keeps sensitive information where your existing privacy protections already apply.
Can I update my website myself without technical skills?
Yes, that's what the editor is for. Type the change in plain English, or click the text on the page and type over it, then check the preview and publish. The editor can't touch layout or code, so an edit can't break the page.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your site keeps running. The code, content, and version history stay with you, so you can host it anywhere or bring in another developer. You aren't renting it from us or from a platform.
Is this only for therapists?
No. It suits any small practice whose website mainly needs to explain who you are and how to book, such as counselors, psychologists, dietitians, and small wellness practices. If your site needs online payments, a patient portal, or complex scheduling, we'll tell you on the first call whether this approach fits.
Let's talk about your practice's website.
Book a free 30-minute call. We'll look at your current site, tell you what's worth keeping, and give you a fixed quote.
